Do I Qualify?

If you wish to take part in the NASHGEN-2 clinical research study, fill in the questionnaire below to see if you may qualify.

You may qualify to participate if you are between the ages of 18 and 75 AND have at least one of the following:

  • Your doctor has said you have a fatty liver
    OR
  • You have type 2 diabetes
    OR
  • You are obese
There are other requirements to participate. A full medical check-up including liver health tests and genetic testing may be done to see if you can join this study. If you have other questions, share this website with your doctor to discuss this study.

Study questionnaire

This questionnaire does not contain all of the requirements you need to meet to participate. If you qualify for this study, you will also receive a copy of the Informed Consent Form when you first visit the study site, which will include additional information.
